Property Rights Violations in Syria Against Sustainable Solutions for Returnees

This report analyses the impact of Law No. 10 on Syrians property and housing rights. It argues that Law No. 10 will permanently exclude displaced residents especially from having a voice in reconstruction in their home areas.
