Damascus Cham Private JSC is a holding company established to develop two large real estate areas in Damascus.

The two areas defined by Decree 66 of 2012 in the Mazzeh District and in the southern outskirts of the city were inhabited by communities supportive of the opposition and that have been largely expelled. Damascus Cham is setting-up subsidiaries in joint-venture with private investors, including powerful regime cronies, to develop these areas.
