Al-Raqi is a construction company established in 2020 in Idlib. The company was established by a former Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham commander, Ibrahim Salameh.

Al-Raqi specialises in various construction projects, including residential units, camps, roads, and other infrastructural developments. The company is behind the New Sarmada City project, a residential project on the outskirts of Sarmada in northern Idlib governorate.

The company has a significant presence in HTS-controlled areas and has been involved in numerous projects, often securing contracts without competitive bidding.
